Company History Pat M. Young II started his auction business 29 years ago. Pat has been involved in all aspects of the auction industry since he was 5 years old. He began going to auctions with his grandpa and father who are both auctioneers. Pat started his first auction business, Action Auctioneering, at the age of 16. He did small auctions and volunteered his service to many benefit organizations for fundraiser auctions and events. Some of the organizations he has volunteered his services to are Santa Cops of Larimer County, Elder House, Larimer County 4-H, St. Jude’s Hospital, Ducks Unlimited, local schools, churches and non-profit organizations. After operating his auction businesses for almost 27 years, he has started JCPB Estate Liquidators. Pat feels that this more versatile company can better serve the families and businesses who hire him to liquidate their assets. Through JCPB Estate Liquidators, Pat strives to make the liquidation process easier for his families and clients..

John Wayne Young Title: Auctioneer At 8 years old he became a 4th generation auctioneer
in training. He has been around auctions since he was 4 months old. He trains weekly in front of a
crowd and is excited to follow in his family's footsteps. Named after a great American Legend, he is well
on his way to creating his own legacy. . . .
Crystal Young Title: Office Manager Memberships: Colorado Auctioneers Association Crystal
has grown up going to auctions and has 8 years of auction experience. She is a graduate of Colorado State University.
Valerie Crego Title: Clerk, Office Staff Valerie has 8 years of auction experience and
joined JCPB in 2002.
Marsha Beckwith Title: Clerk, Office Staff Joined JCPB in 2009 Marsha grew up
around livestock auctions, and has joined us to help with the office duties.
